Mia Rigden is a Los Angeles-based board certified nutritionist, trained chef, and author.Â
After years of consistently recommending clients create a log of their food, sleep, and supplement intake, she developed The Well Journal. We were thrilled to design the journal alongside Mia.Â
With space to record your sleep, exercise, mindfulness practices, the number of vegetables consumed, if you remembered to take your vitamins, what you’re grateful for, and more. This isn’t your typical food-tracking tool; it’s a lifestyle exercise.Â

The Well Journal was initially self published by Mia, but was then acquired by Clarkson Potter and distributed nationwide, with our original design intact.Â
The Well Journal has been featured in goop, “a notebook that’s so gorgeously and thoughtfully designed, we actually want to tally up our meals (French fries included)â€, and was even spotted on Gweynth’s desk! It can now be found on Amazon, at Barnes and Noble, and at small bookstores and boutiques nationwide.Â
